His extensive experience and expertise has led to two signature Ibanez guitars and successful clinic tours, making him a central figure in the guitar world. He has always appreciated the LIONHEART sound for its rich and responsive tone. Designed to be the tone engine of a flexible pedalboard setup, the LIONHEART-LOUDPEDAL mimics the famous Lionheart full-tube tone with an added bonus - a boost function. The pedal is carefully crafted in Laney's workshop, Black Country Customs, to deliver authentic LIONHEART tone in a compact, analog pedal amp format. It's a 60-watt, two-channel amplifier, with powerful EQ switching, amazing reverb, and for the first time ever on a LIONHEART pedal, a BOOST. The LIONHEART LOUDPEDAL is highly versatile - it can be used in front of your regular amplifier setup as a high-quality two-channel clean boost to full distortion pedal. The pedal can also be used directly in a passive cabinet on stage or in the rehearsal room. For quiet stage applications, it is equipped with the advanced LA-IR (Laney Advance Impulse Response) technology, which uses 56-bit FIR filters to provide high-quality cabinet emulations. This makes it possible to connect directly to the PA or IEM rig without losing the nuances and character of a well-miked cabinet. You can also load your favorite IRs via the USB-C connection with the free LA-IR app. With the USB-C connection, the pedal doubles as a sound card, allowing you to connect it directly to your DAW for additional flexibility and control.
