Article no.: K-KM-A101

* 2-channel sound card for recording on a computer * Perfect for content creators, singer/songwriters and guitarists * From the computer, connect the sound card via USB connector * Microphone input (XLR) + instrument input (jack) * Balanced microphone input * 24Bit/48kHz digital sound quality * Stereo RCA output for accompanying speakers * With 48V Phantom Power for condenser microphones * USB cable included The KM-A101 is an easy-to-use sound card that can act as the central link between your microphone or an instrument and your computer. The KM-A101 is suitable for the start-up project studio where it gives you a simple and straightforward platform to make higher quality audio recordings than would otherwise be possible with your computer's built-in sound card. The KM-A101 has an XLR input that you can use if you need to connect a microphone, and a separate jack input to connect a guitar, an electric bass, or other musical instrument that uses standard instrument cables. There is also a stereo mini jack input which is intended for connecting a smartphone or other media player so you have the option of recording recorded audio from there. The sound card has built-in phantom power so you can connect condenser microphones without having to use an external phantom power. The input signal can be monitored via an LED display which, with a peak indicator, helps you keep your recordings free of distortion. You can listen to your recordings with headphones via a headphone output or use the stereo output on the back to connect speakers. The sound card is compatible with Mac OSX and Windows and can work with all leading recording software, e.g. the well-known free programs from Audacity and Studio One.
