It is engineered and designed with many of the technologies used today in drum kits intended for adults and experienced drummers. The DED-70 also features a robust stand system that is not only durable but also easy to adjust, giving your child the best and healthiest start to play. And it looks great! It's equipped with mesh skins that make it feel more like an old-school acoustic drum kit than the rubber pads typically found on most electronic drum kits. The mesh skin also gives the drum set lower self-noise, so that it does not disturb the rest of the household. The DED-70 is also equipped with a teaching module that allows you to play along with a number of built-in songs, but also includes fun drum exercises that your child can enjoy and learn from. DED-70 sound module The new DED-70 sound module is built with what Donner calls IDCT (Intelligent Dynamic Clarity Technology), so you get good and natural drum kit sound from your drum kit. There are 10 complete kits embedded in the module as well as 68 other cool drum and percussion sounds. So no matter what style of music your child likes, there is guaranteed to be at least one sound that fits. The intuitive and simple user interface gives you opportunities to customize and optimize the different sets and sounds. Of course, there is also a headphone output on the DED-70 module, so that your child can play without disturbing the whole household. Complete drum set The DED-70 set consists of four 6" drum pads with mesh skin and 3 rubber cymbal pads, as well as a hi-hat pedal and a bass drum pedal. The hi-hat pedal allows you to choose between closed, semi-open and open hi-hat sounds when hitting on the hi-hat rubber pad, while the bass drum pedal produces a bass drum sound when you step on it. It also comes with a stable and adjustable metal stand for mounting drums and cymbals, all necessary cables, a drum chair, headphones and drumsticks. So you just need to mount the components on the stand, connect the pads to the sound module and insert the power cable into the wall socket - and your child can start drumming away.
