And you get an exquisite cedar top and mahogany bottom and sides. The combination of mahogany and cedar gives the guitar an extra distinct warmth, which is very rich in overtones and full in the midrange. Mahogany has slightly less bass and treble than rosewood, which gives the guitar a more compact tone but is warmer in sound, which works great in combination with the massive cedar cap. The neck is also made from African mahogany, and fitted with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard, which enters the body at the 14th fret. The G-35E is beautifully decorated with beautiful abalone / ebony cut into the rosette as well as abalone cut into the fingerboard, top, bottom and bindings on the side of the G-35E. The Tyma G-35E comes with a built-in dual microphone system, which consists of a built-in preamplifier with a condenser microphone and a piezo microphone located under the stand.
