The VXLR+ converts a +48v XLR connector to a Plug-in-Power 3-5v 3.5mm connector, allowing you to connect for example VideoMicro, VideoMic GO or an HS2 to an XLR connector. The 3.5mm connector also has screw threads to fit with the HS2 headset microphone and the Röde Link Filmmaker Kit Receiver.
